Customer operational data. When our business customers use the Services to manage their terminal and logistics operations, they may upload data that includes personal data of their own staff, drivers, or counterparties. In relation to that data, our customer is the data controller and Teux acts as a data processor / service provider. Our handling of such data is governed by the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) in the relevant customer contract, not by this Policy.
