Container Yard Management Software

Every container in its actual slot, in 3D. The map updates as the yard moves, in seconds.

We used to run the yard off a printed sheet that was already wrong by lunch. Now the screen and the yard agree.

3D MAP

Every container in its actual slot

The yard renders in 3D and updates within seconds of any move. From a container, you can pull up its history. From a stack, you can plan the next move. From a block, you can rebalance density. The data the screen shows is the same data the operators in the cabs are working from.

3D YARD MAP

Live, in three dimensions, all day

The yard renders live and stays current within seconds of each move. Dispatchers and supervisors share the same view, whether they are at a desk or walking the yard with a tablet.

AI SLOTTING

Pick the slot before the truck reaches the yard

The slotting engine takes departure date, weight, shipping line, equipment workload, and the density target for the block. It picks the slot before the gate hands the container off. A supervisor can override at any time, and the engine learns from the override.

DENSITY

Rules per block, per type, per customer

Stack density is configurable per block, container type, and customer contract. Reefer rows segregate automatically. The planner does not have to remember whose containers stack where, because each line's policy is in the rule set.

EQUIPMENT APP

Every move recorded at the equipment

The operator on the RTG, reach stacker, or top pick works from a tablet that drives the next move and records the completion. The yard map and the equipment app share the same event stream. The map reflects each move the moment it ends.

Outcomes

What changes after TEUX

Dwell time falls
Slotting cuts the re-handling that piles up under bad placement
Equipment utilization climbs
The operator app cuts empty moves between assignments
Unproductive moves drop
The AI knows where the container should go before it arrives
Yard mistakes caught at the move
Every move is recorded at the equipment, not remembered later
“We had three printouts taped to the wall and a WhatsApp group running on the side. None of them ever showed the same yard.”
